What currency is used in Argentina?
The official currency is the Argentine Peso (ARS). US Dollars and Brazilian Reais are commonly accepted in tourist areas of Puerto Iguazu. ATMs are available but may have withdrawal limits. We recommend bringing USD cash as backup.
